QI GONG SESSION with PETER DEADMAN

8am-9am - Saturday 26th June & Sunday 27th June

What better way to start the day than with some qigong? I’ll be offering sessions both mornings (8-9am) focusing on practices for strengthening and harmonising  the five zang. Drawn from the five animal and baduanjin (eight silken movements) traditions, they equally cultivate the body, breath and mind, while opening the channels and the zang. If you are a qigong practitioner, an ex qigong practitioner or a qigong virgin, come along and see why it’s the perfect match for practitioners of Chinese medicine.
